Carey-Anne Hosford

Copywriter

A helping hand when you need a voice.

Why brief me

I started speaking the language of advertising in 2002. For over ten years I led outstanding creative solutions to extensive plans for Global brands. I then started speaking the language of motherhood. From my converging worlds emerged my hidden creative. I have written strategic documents, briefs, and rationales at big agencies for even bigger brands. Now I respond to briefs like these with the language I was always meant to speak – thoughtful, on brief creativity.
The folk below like my work. I hope you will too.

Some nice words

“Carey-Anne’s approach, strategy and most importantly quality of work is second to none. Carey-Anne took the time to understand my business and how we do things which resulted in beautifully crafted content which is delivered in the right tone and information needed. Timeframes were always met and Carey-Anne was very flexible and easy to work with throughout. Overall, Carey-Anne is a pleasure to work with and her work speaks for itself.”

Asad Kamisa – Next Step Estates Ltd

“Carey-Anne picked up an urgent brief for us and turned around some brilliant work very quickly. We were so happy we briefed her on another job. She is a trusted pair of hands I’d have no hesitation in recommending.”

Julia Potter – Head of Production at How Now Creative

“Carey-Anne quickly got under the skin of our organisation – she knew the questions to ask of me and of our leaders. Working with a bunch of people whose business is all about the power of language is no mean feat but Carey-Anne was able to do that with grace; providing creative thinking to develop and elevate how we’d ever described our business before. She’s also so easy to work with; communicating timescales and providing clear rationale to her approach along the way. She truly partnered with us and comes highly recommended by me and the senior leaders at byrne·dean.”

Katie Drysdale – Head of Marketing & Business Development at byrne.dean
